Has a great team of founders, we know it's a cliche but we won't invest in companies were we don't click with the founders.

Has a good traction in at least one country as billing is to us one of the biggest indicators of growth.

We are all tech people and have experience raising and working for several types of tech startups. We are founders first and investors second.
